so I opend it and did not work so I deleted it and somehow it deleted all my application’s data!!

I have no idea why this has bad reviews. Y’all don’t know how to follow directions. Yes, you have to go to the website and download their latest software. It’s really easy. I recovered my files from my microSD card in my Samsung Galaxy s4. I put the microSD card in the SD card adapter, put it in my Macbook, and then the (updated) softward detected it! I searched for hours for freeware that was actually free. This is the only one I found for Mac that ACTUALLY is (for JPEGs and such, that is). No idea what I would have done without this! Thank you!

This app *might* help someone who unwittingly deleted some photos a few minutes prior to running the scan, but as far as bad drives or messed up partitions, this app is useless. It acts like it’s scanning; an hour later: no results.

I tried to recover photos and after selecting them the program just closes down with no warning.DO NOT USE THIS PROGRAM - a waste of time!!

This app is pitiful. I am regretting paying what I did for it. It mounts drives and gives them all weird names so you dont which drive is which. The file recovery is a joke.

Can only retrieve a couple of image file formats. Requires a $60 update to recover anything else.

This at least OPENED, but it did not even locate my drive. would not function other than taking up screen real estate.

Don’t waste your time. It’s a useless app unless you “upgrade”. Seriously. I don’t know why these leaches are allowed in the App Store. A back window must be open.

i would be careful of a company that is not able to update on the app store. this person or company is asking you to DL outside the save zone by installing a small FREE gateway then the real bug off site. every company has the ability to update using the app store

It doesnt even pull up my disks to be able to recover files

The app failed to detect my computer’s drive(s), including the usb card. No photos were recovered.

While transferring my SD card between my Nikon & Mac, my pictures completely vanished & were not found on either device. Initially, the app downloaded through the App Store did not find my SD card. However, after reading other reviews & comments from the developer, I download the latest version from the app’s website & it did the trick. All 500+ pictures were recovered & downloaded to my computer in less than 30 minutes. Thank you, thank you, thank you! Simply amazing! Now to try on an old iPhone that ended up in the washing machine...

Crap, haerd drive didn’t show up when I opened program.

SO it recovered the file i need but the pictures does not open! so its a big BS

I hate when they say its free and it does not even work

Will recover only certain file types without the user having to spend $60. $60 for such a simple application is quite high in my view. Drop the price to a reasonable $10 and you will make a lot more sales.
