Yes, you have to go to the website and download their latest software. It’s really easy.

I recovered my files from my microSD card in my Samsung Galaxy s4. I put the microSD card in the SD card adapter, put it in my Macbook, and then the (updated) softward detected it!

I searched for hours for freeware that was actually free. This is the only one I found for Mac that ACTUALLY is (for JPEGs and such, that is).

No idea what I would have done without this! Thank you!
