Nothing...

Thought Id try this to recover a pic from a SD card. When I started the program, it says Step 1 that I should select a drive or volume. And…there it stops. My internal hard drive does not appear. My backup drive does not appear. The SD card does not appear as an option. Worthless. I have no idea how it recover squat if it cant even find any of my drives. I tried the file recover option. Same result. The lost partition recovery option is worse: when I clicked on that, nothing happened. Into the trash it goes.
