Worst Behavior

One day I delete everything on my external hard drive.
I go to the App Store, (because it is part of Apple right?) I download Softtote, pay for the upgrade and low and behold it will not move past 95%, after two days of this I moved on to another software company that handles data recovery… I asked for my money back and still have not received any of my funds from this company. They have as of yet; not answered any of my emails.
